Shipping & Returns

Haisley Machine will carefully package your item(s) to ensure a safe and easy arrival. We utilize UPS shipping service to provide you with the most affordable and convenient delivery method for your purchase.

As orders are received they will be reviewed and processed. Upon verification of payment, an e-mail will be sent confirming your purchase(s). Orders confirmed before 10:00am CST will generally be shipped the same day. Exceptions are for orders received during the weekend and Monday.

When your purchase leaves Haisley Machine an e-mail will be sent notifying you that the package has been shipped. There will be a tracking number issued from UPS that allows for easy monitoring of your purchase. You can easily track your package using a link provided on the email.

Upon delivery, UPS will notify us that your package has been received. At this time, our Return Policy will be in effect. Return Policy If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be new. Please follow the return check list to ensure that no shipping damage will occur.

Return for Refund Credit amount will be calculated as follows:

Special order items must be paid for in advance and are not returnable. NO EXCEPTION

Orders shipped via UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.

Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.

A 15% restock charge will be charged on returned items.

Shipping and Damage Claims:
If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact your local UPS customer service within 5 days of receipt to report the damage. Save all packaging material for UPS inspection. UPS will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise to return to Haisley Machine.

Merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. Please call Haisley Machine customer service to report the damage and schedule a re-shipment.

Return Check List:
* Call us for a Return Authorization Number and packaging instructions. Review Packaging Instructions
* 30 days on an unused product. A 15% restocking fee is applied on every return unless authorized. All returns must be approved by customer service before returning. All unauthorized returns will be shipped back to customer at their expense.
* Must be in original condition in original box.

If your payment is returned for insufficient funds, you will be required to pay all bank fees and any collection and/or legal fees required to collect the full amount. Payments returned for “stop-payment” or credit card “charge-back” will be considered fraud, and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law. The governing laws of the State of Indiana, USA will apply.

Out of Stock
In the unfortunate event that an item is out of stock or no longer available, Haisley Machine will send a notification via e-mail or telephone. This e-mail will explain the status of your order. If the item is unavailable, we will attempt to offer a comparable suggestion.

Shipping Options
Haisley Machine has chosen UPS because of their reliable services of tracking and insuring your valuable purchase(s). UPS is not available for deliveries made to P.O. Boxes because there must be a physical address and an authorized signature in order to complete the delivery. In such cases, an alternate carrier is available to our customers.

UPS Ground service guarantees delivery to all commercial addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Deliveries to residential addresses are scheduled and dependable, but the delivery day is not guaranteed.

International Orders
All items shipped Internationally by Haisley Machine will be insured and the value of the package contents will be declared. Taxes or duties may be collected upon delivery, and a customs brokerage fee may be assessed. You are responsible for paying all taxes, duties, insurance, and brokerage fees. In order to determine the approximate cost of taxes or duties that may be imposed, we suggest that you contact your government’s Customs Department. We do not have this information available to us.

If an item is refused, upon its return to us, we will refund the purchase price (providing that all criteria has been met for returning an item) less the shipping charges in both directions. Also, if we, through no fault of our own, are charged tax or duties for your order, we reserve the right to charge your credit card account for this amount at a later date. In addition, as it is difficult to determine the cost of shipping, it may be necessary for Haisley Machine to charge an additional amount to your credit card account in order to meet the fee for shipping to your country. We will make every attempt to provide a shipping cost estimate at the time of shipping.
