Why System 1?

The primary issue for any filtration system is how effectively it reduces the amount of contaminates in the system. A growing concern in these environmentally sensitive times is the oil drain intervals and related disposal issues. Approximately 400 million oil filters are used annually in the U.S. alone! The disposal of these filters generates approximately 170,000 tons of scrap metal and 90 million gallons of used oil. Approved disposal of these levels of waste products adds significantly to the costs for engine-powered cars. Not to mention how much of these wastes end up in landfills unlawfully contaminating millions of gallons of water and ruining our environment.

Here is where System 1 Filters come in. We have developed and patented a high flow filter system designed to dramatically extend the life of lubricants and thereby reduce disposal requirements. System 1 Filters have been and continue to be extensively tested in the harshest and most demanding environments since the early 1980's. The System 1 Filter system is designed for use on-highway, off-highway, motorcycles, heavy duty trucks, buses, agricultural, industrial, construction, stationary equipment, marine and military equipment applications. The System 1 Filter spins onto the existing receptacle and requires no special tools. The cleaning of the filter element can be done effectively by with soap and water. The process generally takes under two minutes and the filter is immediately placed back into service. The filter is designed to last a lifetime. We have received numerous un-solicited testimonials, as our filter has given superior filtration for well over a decade without any problems. The tough cast aluminum housing can withstand abuse making it the perfect choice for military, construction, agricultural, industrial, and marine applications where you cannot afford to have any problems.
